Hello! Who are you and what business did you start?

Hello, my name is Veronica Baljak, and I am excited to share my story with you. I am the co-owner of Yes to Brand and a big-time manifestor. I believe all people can get what they want if they see and believe in it. Our Agency helps people start or improve various types of online businesses, from dropshipping, and drop servicing/white labeling, to full-blown affiliate marketing websites and more.

After partnering up with the owner of DesignCMP and conceiving the idea for the dropshipping affiliate marketing website, we soon after decided to create the Dropshipping Yes To Brand Agency.

I know that a positive mindset, time, and consistency brings good results. Our customers are people looking to start or improve their online remote business journey, and in just 3 months, we are averaging 11,000 dollars in monthly sales. Our sales consisted of new and returning customers for web development/services and marketing services.

Instead of focusing on outdoing others, it is more beneficial to focus on self-improvement and collaboration. Not only does this create a more positive and productive work environment, but it also leads to greater opportunities for partnerships and the creation of new and innovative products and services.

What's your backstory and how did you come up with the idea?

My entire online business journey began when I started building a chain of dropshipping stores for myself, family, and friends, Natural Originals Brand.

Being a mom of 3 small kids, I knew that I wanted to be able to work from home so I could allocate my time where and when I please. Determined to do so, I was working day and night and learning as much as possible to be successful in my new business.

I ended up linking up with as many people in the industry as possible and started sharing what I was learning in blogs and posting tips on social media in various groups for other people doing the same thing to see. I even started my group.

I slowly became what I would call a motivational, dropshipping, influencer type, and my connections, followers, and positions on social just kept increasing. It's like one good thing just leads to the next good thing.

Soon after the dropshipping and affiliate side of things, dropservicing, (being the middle man, kinda like dropshipping but for services) fell into place, and I ended up with my agency that sells dropshipping websites, affiliate marketing websites, dropservicing websites, and sales tools for online businesses.

I even give people the option to buy copies of some of my websites if they want, including my dropshipping stores, affiliate marketing site, and even my dropshipping agency. If I have success, others can also; maybe even better. Why not?

I focus on the power of manifesting, vibing, being conscious in the moment, and being happy because I want a positive life for myself and all people.

Take us through the process of building the first version of your product.

My Partner is an awesome Web Developer. We met in a FB Group, and he helped me fix up my dropshipping stores, and start a few new ones. After having that in place, I started affiliate marketing for his agency.

I was doing pretty well with the affiliate marketing, and we came up with the idea for the affiliate site. A site where people run an agency, but the entire agency consists of affiliate links.

Of course, I have my style, and after learning about the business, I wanted and ended up with my agency as well.

We have 3 agencies now, Design CMP, Yes To Brand, and Dropshipping Yes To Brand. We are also working on a 4th Agency for Drop Servicing Online Businesses. We are always coming up with new ideas, adding, and editing packages and services, and selling what we know works for us.

Describe the process of launching the business.

Our launch strategy consisted mostly of organic social media marketing. I started introducing our new offerings on social media platforms and Facebook groups, and I started getting sales, but now they were my sales, not affiliate sales like in the past. I had an already established small but dedicated following who knew and trusted me from being in several different Facebook Groups, so I expected a similar and good result.

I also posted and cross-posted a lot of promotional Reels and Videos that I created for Brand awareness from my FB pages and Group to other Facebook Groups. This pulls people into your group, but I recommend asking group admins if that is okay before doing it. Some groups allow it and some don't. I don't personally allow others to promote in my group but I promote in other groups.

Having a passion for creating crazy and amusing videos keeps our audience interested and people visiting our site. Our traffic is not huge, but we are currently happy with the results we are getting.

Utilizing hashtags also played a big role as well, and we were able to reach a wider audience and build our groups with people who are interested in our topics. I am pretty sure if you put the word Dropshipping in the Facebook Search, my name will come up! Try it, Veronica Baljak.

Sometimes I ask people how they found me and they say they just searched dropshipping on FB, and I was all over it. I think hashtags are the reason for that.

Also, a little tip: engage with your content and ask your friends and family to do it also. There is no shame in asking for support, a little engagement goes a long way. Building a FB group isn't always easy but it is fun and a good way to promote your business. I even have some groups that collect email addresses and I use them for my email campaigns.

Most people are shy, and until you have a lot of members the engagement in a FB Group can be low, but it doesn't mean you should give up. There are people watching and more people contact you privately than make comments, or like your post; at least it is like that for me.

Everyone started at 0. Just looking at the image below from last week when I started this article, my beginner group was at 825 members, and today it is over 1k. Pretty nice.

We believe that honesty and consistency are key to building trust and a loyal customer and follower base. Being real!

Since launch, what has worked to attract and retain customers?

Because we're upfront and transparent with our customers, they can feel the realness and trust us. I explain what I do to them and give them the option if they want to do it also. We make sure to consistently deliver quality products and services promptly, so they know they can always count on us and will come back. It's all about building that reputation of reliability and dependability. We plan to stay honest, stay consistent, and watch our business thrive.

We ran a lead generation FB ad campaign in the beginning to collect quality email leads and used email marketing for specific targeting.

Besides that, I spend a lot of time networking and connecting with others in the industry. I have gotten myself dropshipping group expert and moderator positions in 6 other reputable larger dropshipping FB groups that are not mine, and that helps me too. Currently working on even more connections.

I do free giveaways in return for an email address in FB groups, and just motivate people with posts, give them tips, and let them know what I do to build my own business. Many times, even if you give people a way to do things, a lot of them still would rather hire you to do it for them.

Our affiliate website also pulls in some sales. Not just from us using it, but we sell copies of it, so others own and promote their agency that showcases ours. They make a commission, and we get the sale. So it is a win for everyone.

Referrals are also great. Once people start dropshipping, their friends and family usually get interested and want to know about it, just like mine did, so they send them to us.

Customers will always come back to build up their business, let it be new ad designs, new emails, content strategies, or even videos. We sell everything we use for ourselves. Things we know people need.

To be honest, 30k in 3 months is not a lot of money for an agency like this. If one person buys a really good online business, that alone can exceed our sales amounts for 3 months in 1 day. I have a feeling sales will increase quickly going forward.

How are you doing today and what does the future look like?

I am doing great! It is incredibly rewarding to know that it is possible to manifest success through hard work, a positive mindset, and consistency. I see only growth and success in the future. You have to visualize and believe in what you want.

My goals are to continue working remotely and be able to manage my time correctly to make sure my home life and work life fit together perfectly.

Through starting the business, have you learned anything particularly helpful or advantageous?

Understanding that competition (with the negative connotation it usually brings to mind) does not truly exist has been crucial for the success of my business. It has helped me to navigate the challenges of starting a business and to build a network and gain access to the resources and knowledge necessary for my success, not the opposite. It allows me to work with others in the industry, which leads to mutually beneficial relationships and support, advice, and referrals.

Instead of focusing on outdoing others, it is more beneficial to focus on self-improvement and collaboration. Not only does this create a more positive and productive work environment, but it also leads to greater opportunities for partnerships and the creation of new and innovative products and services.

What platform/tools do you use for your business?

Our agency primarily uses WordPress and WooCommerce to manage our online businesses and those of our customers. We use MailChimp for email marketing, but we are currently in the process of developing our email software system.

We do work on any type of website, including Shopify Websites, but we prefer to build WordPress.

What have been the most influential books, podcasts, or other resources?

I read The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, and it was a good book, but it was The Greatest Secret that helped me to fix and manifest my life and business.

One of the key things that I learned from the book was the importance of identifying and eliminating false beliefs that were holding me back. By doing so, I was able to free myself from limiting thoughts and open myself up to new possibilities. This helped me to have a more positive outlook on my business and my life and do things to surface my manifestations.

Oh yeah, and I use The Secret Money App every day! Love it.

I also get a kick out of Luke. His dancing videos make me laugh every time, I even share them in my FB Group!
