Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
A lot has happened since I reported about 4 years ago. As of last month we grew to the #1 operating real estate entity in Chicago. In 2024 we are proud to represent the most buyers clients out of any other entity selling in Chicagoland. This is how we got here.
About 4 years ago we came across an operating model for real estate that aligned perfectly with how we wanted to run our real estate company. We focused on the three critical pieces needed to be successful in real estate: leads/systems/accountability.
Then we focused on heightening efficiencies in these three categories and paired that with full support for our brokers. Once we perfected the business operation side of our company, and we paired that with hiring the correct avatar of broker we needed to make it all work, the growth has been explosive.
The average broker 5x's their business the first year with us. The average broker on our team also will sell $15m in 2024. It's an unheard of level of success on the broker level for any real estate team.
The final piece to finish off the secret sauce to our continued growth has been the weekly one on one coaching sessions with each broker in our company to keep them accountable on the activities they need to perform to get the results they want to achieve.
