Rella grew through a combination of strategies including great customer service, active social media presence, and an affiliate program that incentivized users to refer others. The company also engaged with communities by offering group product demos and building an active online community that provided valuable user feedback which was quickly implemented.
“Yeah, we, our community is incredibly active, which is really a blessing. It can definitely get overwhelming sometimes, but it is a good thing, I think.”
“Focus on building a community”
“Definitely social media helped. So it was not the only thing. Social media was a big driver and it was Rella's social media, it was not my personal social media.”
