Ninety grew primarily through exceptional customer service, focusing on taking care of coaches and their clients from the beginning. The company also expanded its reach by becoming known within entrepreneurial communities such as the Entrepreneur Organization (EO), Vistage, and YPO. Community marketing played a significant role, with about half of the people coming from community connections and the other half from organizations and word of mouth.
