Mercury is virtually free to use:

Free checking and savings accounts
No opening deposit or minimum balance requirements
No account or transaction fees (e.g., monthly fees or overdraft fees)
Free to issue physical and virtual debit cards
Free to send and receive: ACH transfers, domestic wires, and USD international wires
1% fee on currency exchange
2.0% interest on Treasury accounts

Mercury is free to use, however specific advanced features may involve incurring fees. These include: making mass payments on our API, accessing Treasury account management, receiving USD international wires as a non-Mercury customer, and exchanging money in non-USD currencies.
