Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
Since opening in 2018 Logoclothz LLC has grown exponentially. We have expanded our offerings to help our customers obtain their promotional item needs all in one place. Our focus is still to maintain excellent customer service while simplifying the purchasing process and product offering. Logoclothz now offers custom-printed chair back covers and full-color logo-printed canopies. We still offer custom-printed tablecloths, table runners, skirting, banners, and more.
A big portion of our business is repeat customers who trust us to meet their needs and deadlines with quality products. We pride ourselves on being readily available to answer and assist our customers efficiently and making the purchasing process as easy as possible. It is a real treat to help customers represent their brand in a way that they are proud of.
At Logoclothz LLC we are constantly working on our website to reach more potential customers through search engine optimization. We now implement AI to help with coding, content writing, and more. AI helps to streamline the workflow and automate some of our processes like generating quotes or replying to online chat messages. Utilizing current technology has helped tremendously in growing the business.
