We use Posthog for analytics, AB testing, and funnel tracking. It is a great alternative to GA (which totally sucks now), and their pricing is really good. Full disclosure, we do have a partnership with Posthog, but I was a fan and paying user of their product for months before. Everyone building on the web should Posthog.

We use Mercury for banking, and treasury, and it's free! It is a great product and all founders should bank with them IMO. They constantly go above and beyond, their support is top notch, and their app is a delight to use.

We use Slack as part of our backend community. It is a great platform because it is almost ubiquitous... everyone has Slack!

Stripe is amazing. Yes, the fees can be a bit crazy sometimes, but I still love it. I wish they had Paypal integration.

Never reinvent the wheel when it comes to accounting. My accountants interface with Quickbooks and make it really easy to view financial statements and do tax stuff. Highly recommend going with the standard stuff here.

We use Zapier especially when hacking together different tools like Typeform, Telegram, Slack, and Klaviyo.
