Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?

Since I first chatted with Starter Story I have hired 2 full time employees which has been HUGE for my business. It has been so helpful to have dedicated team members who care about the business and our clients as much as I do.

It's been exciting to be able to give then ownership of parts of the business and let them have autonomy in their work. It's freeing as a founder to know you have amazing people on your team that you can trust.
