How I Doubled My Design SaaS To $31K Per Month [Update]

Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
It’s been a year since we last talked, and I’m excited to share some updates about Plasfy. As the solo founder, I’ve been deeply involved in every aspect of our growth.
First off, revenue has doubled, which is a huge milestone for me. Plasfy now boasts hundreds of user reviews, and I’m genuinely grateful for the amazing feedback and support I’ve received. I’ve had so many users reach out to thank me for the new features and the speed improvements - those messages really keep me going.
Over the past year, I’ve added a ton of features, including our new AI Video Builder and AI Image Generator. These tools have made a huge impact, helping users create even more impressive designs and videos. Initially, I included these features in the main product, but due to their high costs, I decided to split them into three separate components.
This allowed me to reduce the price of the main product, which led to more customers and users. The AI features are available as upgrades now, so those who don’t need them can stick with the standard features.
