The growth of the company has come from focusing on great service. Many people focus on scale and leads, and less on making sure what you are selling is valuable. We focus on making sure the price to value is unmatched in our service. This leads to less churn and more referrals.
Yes, having a personal brand and growing my network of a founder has been helpful, but it is investing in getting a team that can execute and create great value for each client.
On the back end, I have worked very hard to streamline finances and cash flow in order to optimize for better productions. Having a more critical eye on cash flow allows us to create profitable shoots.
