We Grew Our Axe Throwing Business To $110K/Month [Update]

Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
Well Covid happened since I wrote my first Starter Story... downer! We had pretty restrictive lockdowns in our region so business got paused... but we're back and we've expanded to another location!
Things have been going well, with two locations came some scaling issues. We thought our SOPs were locked down but we had to do a lot of work to get them up to a level where it made sense. We've shifted our marketing focus to look more at corporate business and B2B sales which has been an amazing transition for us. It was tough to find an outbound sales strategy that worked with our offering but I think we've nailed one now.
Our software AxeThrowing.org is also continuing to grow with tons of new features, updates, and a growing team.
Things are good and we're looking forward to growing to some more locations soon!
