No Code SaaS & App Ideas

The first prototype was built inside of a spreadsheet, using APIs from different third-party sources to pull info into Google Sheets alongside formulas to parse and transform information into useful statistics. This no-code approach helped validate the idea before transitioning to a more developed product with the aid of developers.

Val started the business with the help of a full-stack developer who built the Thankbox MVP for free in exchange for a profit-sharing agreement. Val learned from the developer to take over the codebase after initial releases. While Val did have coding experience, the initial version was not built entirely by him, implying a low-code involvement in the startup phase through the collaboration.
