The system instantly analyzes public signals, common tech stacks, and usage patterns to estimate the company’s SaaS tools, total monthly spend, and likely wasted subscriptions. Within seconds, users see a preview showing estimated tools, spend range, and potential savings. To unlock the full audit, users purchase a one-time report that reveals detailed tool breakdowns, overlap detection, and cancellation recommendations. They can upload a billing CSV to increase accuracy and generate a downloadable PDF report for internal review. For ongoing control, companies can activate continuous monitoring. SnoozeSaaS then tracks new charges, recurring subscriptions, and inactivity signals, sending proactive alerts via email or Slack. The goal is simple: surface hidden SaaS waste early, reduce tool bloat, and help teams stay financially efficient without adding operational complexity.
