Drape Dealer is a fashion resale and rental platform designed for lovers of South Asian style. From closet cleanouts to couture remixes, users can list and rent, luxury cultural looks — whether it’s a wedding lehenga or a statement sari. The app is built with: Key features include: User profiles with custom avatars Swipe-to-like interface for listing discovery Messaging between users Rental/sale options with instant listing activation A "My Likes" page with chat access and potential buyer-seller ratings The goal is to create a scalable, mobile-first resale experience that merges streetwear energy with cultural elegance — turning fashion into a remixable, community-powered asset.

What was your biggest win?

My biggest win with Drape Dealer was turning a culturally rich but overlooked niche — South Asian fashion — into a tech-powered marketplace in just a few weeks. I launched a brand with a distinct voice, aesthetic, and purpose. I made it mobile-first, swipeable, and creator-friendly to align with the next-gen resale economy. I integrated real monetization through Stripe, added user ratings, enabled chat and rentals — all to lay the foundation for long-term value. I still have to work on many aspects but I'm happy with it so far for just a week and a half worth of work. Most importantly, I created a way for people to unlock value from their wardrobes and give old fashion new life.
