HubSpot, Inc., operating under its Starter Story brand ("Starter Story," "we," "us," or "our"), provides the Starter Story, Starter Story Build, and related services and programs (collectively, the "Starter Story Services") subject to these Starter Story Subscription Terms, which incorporate the HubSpot Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (collectively "Starter Story Terms").

For the avoidance of doubt, these Starter Story Terms do not incorporate or replace the HubSpot Customer Terms of Service governing other services made available by HubSpot.

By accessing the Starter Story Services, you agree to these Starter Story Terms.

1.1 Access. We will provide the Starter Story Services to you in accordance with these Starter Story Terms. Each purchase grants you access to the specific Starter Story Service selected and does not include future offerings or other Starter Story Services.

1.2 Modification. We may modify these Starter Story Terms and the Starter Story Services from time to time, including changes that may materially reduce the services provided. If you have a legacy version of Starter Story Services, it may be different from the content currently available, and we may choose to move you to our then-current products at any time.

1.3 Acceptable Use. We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all Starter Story Services for violation of these Starter Story Terms; the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Starter Story Terms by this reference; or if we determine that you are acting, or have acted, in a way that has or may negatively reflect on or affect us, our affiliates, our prospects, or our customers.

1.4 Suggestions. We encourage all customers to comment on the Starter Story Services, provide suggestions for improving it, and vote on suggestions they like. You agree that all such comments and suggestions will be non-confidential and that we own all rights to use and incorporate them into the Starter Story Services, without payment or attribution to you.

2.1 Fees. The cost to access the Starter Story Services displayed at the time you subscribe ("Fees") will not increase during your then-current term.

2.2 Payment. By subscribing to Starter Story Services, you authorize Starter Story to continue to charge your authorized payment method for applicable Fees during your subscription, including any renewal term(s). All payment obligations are non-cancelable, and all amounts paid are non-refundable.

2.3 Authorized Payment Method. You will keep a current, valid payment method accepted by us, and billing information for such payment method, for the payment of incurred and recurring Fees. To update your account and billing information, you can email us at [email protected]. You authorize us to continue to charge your authorized payment method for applicable Fees until any and all outstanding Fees have been paid in full.

2.4 Bootcamp Credits. "Bootcamp Credits" are credits issued by Starter Story that may be applied toward eligible Starter Story Services, including Starter Story AI Build bootcamps and similar hands-on programs designated by Starter Story. Starter Story Services designated as premium, high-ticket, or growth-focused programs are excluded. Bootcamp Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once redeemed.

2.5 Tax. All Fees are exclusive of taxes including sales tax, VAT, GST, PST, HST, etc., which we will charge as applicable. You agree to pay any taxes applicable to your use of the Starter Story Services. At our request, you will provide us with your tax identification information. You will have no liability for any taxes based upon our gross revenues or net income.

2.6 Suspension for Non-Payment. We will provide you with notice of non-payment of any outstanding Fees due. Unless the full amount has been paid, we may suspend your access to any or all of the Starter Story Services after providing notice to you.

3.1 One-time Engagements. Some Starter Story Services are available as a one-time engagement as detailed on pricing pages and in the purchasing process and do not automatically renew.

3.2 Automatic Renewal for Recurring Subscriptions. If you subscribe to recurring Starter Story Services, your subscription will automatically renew following the end of your paid term, unless you choose to cancel before your renewal date. You can update your renewal selection in your account settings.

3.3 Termination. You can choose to cancel your Starter Story Services at the end of your paid term by turning off your automatic renewal. If you pay a Fee for Starter Story Services, we may discontinue those services at the end of your paid term. If we provide Starter Story Services at no cost, we may discontinue those services at any time. If we continue to allow access to Starter Story Services after the end of your paid subscription at no additional cost to you, we may discontinue those services at any time. We will not provide a refund for any Fees previously paid.
