1. The orange juice 🍊

This guy built a $1,000,000,000 real estate empire

And it’s all mobile homes.

Why? Because he wanted to focus on the most recession-proof real estate properties. Those which people will always be able to afford.

Not the sexiest for some, but it brings in $30M/year in revenues.

2. The coffee  ☕️

These founders raised $40M+ to build an app

They’re focusing on one big enterprise problem. And it seems like they picked a good problem to solve because they already have over 500K people using their app.

How did they know this was a problem? Because they suffered in the past! Probably one of the best ways to come up with a business idea. Taking a look at your daily habits, there’s a super high chance that some of those daily routines could be improved. And there’s a business opportunity!

3. The eggs 🍳

This men’s grooming brand grew 40% and reached $7.2M/Year

Acquiring users via ads on Facebook, Google, etc. is getting more expensive every day. So they started to experiment with new channels that were a bit forgotten until now.

Their biggest takeaway from this situation is to prioritize first-party lists (emails and phone numbers). When everything else crashes down, you can always rely on those to keep your business running.

Another takeaway is instead of seeing Amazon as a competitor or as a threat, they see it as the ultimate sales force. And they want to take the most out of it. Today around 50% of sales come from Amazon (that’s almost $4M). Do you want to sell on Amazon? Learn how these guys are doing it.

4. The toast 🥪

These founders raised $3M+ to redesign women’s health (YC backed)

Noticing a problematic hole in a woman's care journey was what made them start working on their telehealth platform.

I love how they’re mixing two very different strategies to grow the business: (1) Referrals, building a network of professionals that use the platform to treat their patients, and (2) TikTok. Yes, you can use the Gen-Z platform to publish health-related content and go viral.

5. The pancakes 🥞

This guy started a business and made $600K in just 8 months

Absolute bonkers story. To start a business from scratch and reach those numbers so quickly, this guy must’ve done something right. And he did.

What’s the best of this case study? The founder doesn’t hold on to anything. Shares the process with an extreme level of detail: how to pick a winner business idea? How to choose the right name and domain? How to validate the product? How to successfully launch a product? It’s all there.
