Hey! In the last year, we've completed changed how we do things. In my last update, we had pivoted from the affiliate marketing SEO website model, into a more SaaS-focused portfolio.
Since then, we've done this still - but I've now come back to the affiliate model... but with a difference.
I realised, both when I was heading up marketing at GetLasso and growing the affiliate program by 40x, and growing my own affiliate sites as an affiliate marketer, that if I was going to take the route into SaaS, then it should be in the affiliate marketing industry. That's where I have all my experience!
I then had an idea: all of these software that SaaS companies use to build their affiliate programs have one huge problem. They don't actually help your affiliate program BECOME successful. Yes, you can track and pay affiliates - but you have to go and find them yourself.
