Tell us about what you’ve been up to! Has the business been growing?
The business has been growing. We are actively hiring to cater to the increased demand.
Our team has scaled to 65 people now and we’ll likely hit 80 before the end of the year. The business has experienced consistent year over year growth, driven by an increasing awareness as more non-technical founders become aware of us and our portfolio founders recommend us to their peers.
One of our biggest growth challenges has been scaling up while keeping project turnaround times short without compromising quality. To tackle this, we’ve leveraged client feedback and created a suite of code modules and code snippets to refine our offerings, making our services more targeted and relevant for our clients’ needs.
Strategically, we’ve focused on building a strong network of partners in the startup ecosystem, enabling us to reach more potential clients and share resources that help them succeed
