ChocoSol is a Toronto-based bean-to-bar chocolate brand known for its artisanal dark chocolates and ground coffee. Michael Sacco is the owner of this brand and believes in adapting sustainable means when it comes to making, packaging, and delivering products.

The cocoa beans used to make ChocoSol’s chocolate bars & coffee are farmed entirely by small-scale growers utilizing sustainable farming techniques. The company has created a grassroots movement to restore the original environment via the practice of forest garden agriculture.

ChocoSol also works as a social business learning community that participates in horizontal commerce with cocoa growers in Southern Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

The firm received first place in the 2016 and 2017 Canadian National Chocolate Makers Competitions, as well as gold for its Jaguar Pure and bronze and silver for its Jaguar Swirl and Crunch International Chocolate Awards.
