Bex Band started going on adventures in her mid-twenties and realized there was a gap. Not many women were taking up these adventure trips, and she would be the only girl in the group on multiple occasions. She saw an opportunity in this, and the idea of Love Her Wild was born.

Bex decided that through her women's adventure community, she would help women explore their inner selves and make them feel connected to nature.
Bex runs a non-profit community of women adventurers based in the UK that offers opportunities, funding, and guidance.
Love Her Wild has been the wing beneath the wings for thousands of women experiencing their first-time mountain hikes or going on their first overseas expeditions!
Currently, LHW has a friendly community of more than 30,000 collective members.
