Albert Santalo started his professional journey in a bank after graduating from Miami College of Engineering. After working for a few years as a management consultant, he co-founded Avisena and founded CareCloud in Miami.

The founder, from a software engineering background, was always passionate about building a software-oriented business. His vision led the way to form 8base on 15th march 2017. He worked hard to raise $1 million in angel investment & founded the primary eligible team for the company.

The 8base Labs Staff is tough at job resolving issues for both startups and more giant corporations. The term 8base is inspired by 8's relevance in computer science (8 bits in a byte) and the fact that 8 symbolizes infinity placed sideways.
