Karma is an analytical tool designed for Slack, a remote team-building application, to track team performance & offer rewards.

Stas Kulesh and David Kravitz are the founders of this slack tool and have equal shares in the company.

Karma bot enables team members to celebrate the accomplishments of their colleagues by using Slack actions and included instructions.

In January 2020, they were bringing in $14k/month. As of late, they are now making $35K/month.
