In 2013, Krisi and her co-founder Mike established the award-winning tea company Bird & Blend Tea Co. The company has 300 blends and a £6.5 million annual revenue.

The goal behind the company was to reimagine tea with fresh and intriguing flavors to spread happiness.

After becoming friends at university and deciding Krisi and Mike wanted to start their own business rather than work for someone else. They started from small beginnings by selling blended tea from the kitchen at neighborhood markets.

They currently employ over 100 people, operate 15 retail locations, and operate a thriving global online business.

Bird & Blend raised over £1 million with more than 1,600 investors most recently after being overfunded in just 24 hours.
